Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist position is available to support students across multiple grade levels in North Adams, MA. This contract role focuses on providing psychological services within a school setting, supporting students academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Promote positive behavioral interventions and supports throughout the school community Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students Strong knowledge of psychological testing and assessment tools Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and inclusive practices Location: North Adams, Massachusetts Benefits and Perks: Contract position with defined term Opportunity to work collaboratively in an educational environment helping students thrive If you have the skills to support students psychological needs and are seeking a contract role in a school setting, consider applying for this position to make a meaningful impact on student growth and well-being.
