Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for a bilingual School Psychologist to support a K-12 school during the semester from January 22, 2026, to April 2, 2026. This contract role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong competencies in testing, evaluation, and case management practices specific to New Jersey schools. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development. Serve as the NJ Case Manager, managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop intervention strategies tailored to student needs. Provide bilingual support by communicating effectively in both Spanish and English through written reports and verbal interactions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational plans. Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Experience working as a School Psychologist within K-12 educational settings. Familiarity with NJ Case Manager duties, including managing IEPs and legal compliance. Proficient in psychological testing and evaluation methods. Strong organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with school staff and families. Location: Position based in Paterson, NJ, servicing a diverse K-12 student population. This role requires availability five days a week throughout the contract period, providing consistent and focused support to the school community. Qualified candidates with bilingual skills and relevant experience in NJ school psychology practices are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for this opportunity.
