Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A professional teaching opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher serving students across grade levels K-12 in Racine, WI. This contract role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational growth within a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate educational strategies and promote inclusive learning. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods to meet evolving needs. Maintain accurate records and comply with reporting requirements. Qualifications: Valid Special Education Teacher License is required. Experience working with middle or high school grades is preferred but open to candidates qualified for K-5 as well. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage case loads effectively. Ability to work 30+ hours per week, five days a week. Position Details: Location: Racine, WI Contract duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year. Schedule: Five days per week, 30 or more hours weekly.
