A K-12 school in Rochester, MI, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support student well-being and academic success. This full-time or part-time contract position offers a balanced work schedule with four days onsite and one day remote per week. The role involves a focus on elementary students and participation in the evaluation team, working within a caseload of 50-60 students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students, emphasizing elementary levels Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate actively in the evaluation team, contributing professional insights Provide consultation and interventions to support students academic, social, and emotional development Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports for each case Work onsite four days per week and remotely one day, maintaining consistent communication with school staff Qualifications: Licensed or certified School Psychologist credentials Experience working in K-12 school settings, preferably with a focus on elementary students Strong assessment and evaluation skills with the ability to interpret psychological data effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students efficiently within a 35-hour workweek Location: Rochester, MI This role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact students lives by addressing their psychological and educational needs within a supportive school environment.
