Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time contract opportunity for a Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist is available to support high school students in a school-based setting. This role requires an active Massachusetts Psychologist license and focuses on providing psychological services to students to promote their academic, social, and emotional success. Location: Holyoke, MA (High School setting) Duration: Contract through 6/25/2026 Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week Interview Format: Virtual via Zoom (1530 minutes) Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students needs and challenges Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions Provide counseling and behavioral support to students facing academic, social, or emotional difficulties Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies related to student mental health and special education services Qualifications and Experience: Active Massachusetts Psychologist license is mandatory; submit a screenshot of the license upon application Proven experience delivering psychological services within school environments, preferably in high schools Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, assessment tools, and intervention strategies Effective communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds Ability to complete required CORI and fingerprint background checks promptly Benefits and Perks: Opportunity to impact students academic and emotional well-being in a meaningful way Supportive virtual interview process Full-time hours offering consistent engagement throughout the school year This position provides a rewarding platform to leverage expertise in school psychology while supporting students in achieving their potential.
