Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time School Psychologist to support an elementary school caseload in the Los Angeles area. This contract position is for the full school year and offers the chance to work collaboratively alongside other experienced school psychologists within the district. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and assessments for elementary students Provide individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional development Collaborate closely with teachers and staff through consultation to address student needs and develop intervention strategies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and adhere to district policies and timelines Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Valid School Psychologist credential or license appropriate for California elementary schools Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and teacher collaboration Ability to manage a full caseload effectively and prioritize responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with students, parents, and school professionals Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-time, Contract for the full school year (CSY) Start Date: ASAP This role provides a valuable opportunity to contribute to student success in an elementary school environment while working as part of a dedicated school psychology team.
