Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students across all grade levels, from 1st through 12th grade, in a school setting located in Nixa, MO. This contract position welcomes professionals passionate about fostering student success and well-being through psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation. Qualifications: Masters degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state-issued School Psychologist License Experience working with students ranging from elementary to high school grades preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs Develop and implement intervention plans and provide counseling services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support individualized education programs (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives This position is open to both experienced professionals and new graduates, with part-time opportunities available to accommodate various schedules and career stages.
