A part-time nursing opportunity is available supporting a K-12 school environment in Waterloo, WI. This position involves providing dedicated one-on-one care for a student with medically complex needs. The role is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the remainder of the school year, with summer hours potentially offered. There is potential to increase hours as circumstances improve. This contract supports a W-2 status and does not require bus riding. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized nursing care tailored to one students health needs during school hours. Monitor and manage medical conditions according to established healthcare plans. Communicate effectively with school staff, healthcare providers, and family members to coordinate care. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school and healthcare protocols. Provide health education and support to the student as appropriate. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois. Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred. Ability to manage medically complex cases with professionalism and compassion. Strong communication and organizational skills.
