Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity exists for experienced Cath Lab Technologists skilled in imaging and cardiac catheterization procedures at a leading hospital located in Pompano Beach, FL. This contract position offers the chance to work within a dynamic Cath Lab team dedicated to delivering exemplary patient care in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cardiac catheterization procedures including cardiac caths, cerebellar angiograms, stent placements, balloon angioplasty, and ENT lab tasks. Assist with scrubbing and preparation for special procedures. Operate GE Innova imaging equipment proficiently. Collaborate closely with RNs and tech staff to maintain optimal patient ratios (1:1). Maintain thorough documentation using Meditech and MacLab EMR systems. Participate actively in on-call rotations, demonstrating flexibility to meet unit demands. Adhere to departmental dress code standards with unit-specific scrubs. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT. Competency in special cath lab procedures and experience with GE Innova imaging systems. Preferred: RCIS certification. Strong critical thinking skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to thrive as a team player in a cohesive staff environment. Openness to frequent on-call duties and flexible scheduling.
