Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time bilingual School Psychologist (English/Spanish) position is available within a K-12 school setting in the Aurora/Elgin, IL area. This contract assignment runs from early January through mid-May and emphasizes providing comprehensive psychological services to students across multiple school sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations focusing on testing students' IQ and other cognitive assessments Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning and development Provide consultation and recommendations based on assessment results Manage itinerant caseload, potentially traveling to several schools within the district Maintain compliance with district policies and professional standards Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Psychology Illinois Professional Educators License and Illinois School Psychologist License Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience working with K-12 students in school settings Strong assessment and communication skills Role Details: Location: Aurora/Elgin, IL (Chicago area) Work schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day) Contract duration: January 5 to May 20, 2026 Itinerant role with travel between multiple school sites This opportunity is ideal for licensed school psychologists seeking a dynamic role supporting diverse student populations.
