Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity exists for a Special Education Teacher licensed to work with students in grades K-12. This contract position is based in Buffalo, NY, supporting diverse learners in a school setting through the end of the school year. The role requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities include: Providing specialized instruction tailored to students with disabilities in grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12 as assigned Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Adapting curriculum and teaching methods to meet varied learning needs Monitoring and assessing student progress and maintaining accurate documentation Collaborating with parents, staff, and administrators to support student success Qualifications: Valid Special Education Teacher

license/certification
