A K-12 school in Franklin, IN is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join their team on a contract basis for the current school year, ending May 21, 2026. This full-time position operates onsite Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct special education evaluations, with an expected caseload of approximately 70 evaluations annually. The School Psychologist will provide support across three school buildings, reporting directly to the district supervisor. Regular participation in monthly team meetings is required, along with collaborating closely with staff and families to develop and implement plans that meet student needs. Key responsibilities include: Conducting psychoeducational assessments for special education eligibility determinations Ensuring compliance with special education laws and district policies Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to support student success Maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of evaluation results Qualifications and experience desired: Valid Indiana license to practice School Psychology Experience in psychoeducational assessments and special education eligibility processes preferred Strong knowledge of special education law, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse school communities Ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality This is a contract role suited for a dedicated professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic educational setting.
