Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support a K-12 school in Denton, TX. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, providing essential psychological services primarily focused on student reevaluations. The role requires onsite presence and offers a collaborative environment within the school setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive reevaluations for students, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Assist with initial evaluations when available to determine student eligibility and support needs. Provide counseling services as needed, although this is not a primary requirement of the role. Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student educational and psychological outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Texas School Psychologist License is mandatory. Experience working with K-12 students, particularly within school-based psychological services. Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to staff and families. Comfortable working part-time onsite for 20 hours weekly. Ability to manage caseload efficiently while balancing reevaluation and initial assessments. Location: This role is fully onsite in Denton, TX, serving a K-12 school community.
