Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in the Portland area, specifically Beaverton, OR. This role supports a maternity leave assignment, providing essential therapy services to students across the district. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans based on students speech and language needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication skills and student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations related to special education services. Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support as needed. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active, state-issued license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working within a school environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students and collaborate effectively. Ability to manage a caseload of students across various grade levels. Position Details: Location: Beaverton, OR (Portland metropolitan area). Employment type: Contract, maternity leave coverage. Duration: February 19, 2026 May 14, 2026. Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week. Caseload and school assignments: To be determined.
