We are seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead our expanding team as part of an ambitious growth strategy. Job Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division.
- Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
- Drive innovation in clinical practices using advanced surgical technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
- Develop and implement research and educational initiatives.
- Engage in community outreach to improve health access and reduce disparities.
- Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development.
- Participate in a shared call schedule supported by a hospitalist team.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT at the time of application.
- Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected.
- Not open to new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Not accepting 1099 contract or locums candidates.
- Must be able to provide a Permanent Placement Fee.
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
