Qualifications: Current RN license and certification. Prior experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of common pediatric conditions and school health protocols. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
