Job Description & Requirements Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: 1/5/2026 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7am-3pm · Practice Setting: Inpatient, Trauma - Level I, Call coverage · Types of Cases: consults, rounding, first assist as needed (not guaranteed), and general support of the orthopedic surgeon on call. · Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Standard · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC · Certifications Required: Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration · Licensure Required: Colorado Facility Location Selected as the number one big city in “Best Places to Live,” by Money Magazine in 2006, Colorado Springs is teeming with activity, natural beauty and opportunity.
