6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

Job Summary:

As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment to ensure the consistent production of high-quality film or product. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety, efficiency, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Operate and monitor extrusion machines and related equipment Perform setups and die head changes on extrusion lines Adjust settings such as pressure, speed, tension, and heat Monitor product dimensions and quality throughout production Remove finished rolls, inspect for defects, and conduct quality checks Maintain accurate production records Perform basic maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance Keep work area clean and organized Report defective material or equipment issues to supervisors Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience (required) Extrusion

knowledge/experience

(preferred) Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed.
