Your responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing the learning experience by providing instructional support to individual students or small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and monitoring student behavior.
• Helping prepare classroom materials and setting up necessary equipment.
• Supervising students in various settings such as the cafeteria, playground, and during field trips.
• Addressing the personal, academic, and emotional needs of students.
• Supporting students with special needs and following their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans.
• Taking on additional tasks as directed by the classroom teacher or school administration.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
