Wake Radiology, a leader in outpatient medical imaging, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into clinical and financial strategy. This is not a "back-office" reporting role; you will be a high-visibility partner to radiologists and executives, using data storytelling to drive operational improvements and market growth.
Key Responsibilities Dashboards & Analytics: Build and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards tracking productivity, efficiency, and financial health.
Strategic Partnership: Analyze clinical workflows, turnaround times, and throughput to optimize patient care and margins.
Growth & Market Analysis: Evaluate referral trends, market share, and new modality opportunities to guide business development.
Financial Analytics (FP&A): Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and "what-if" scenario modeling.
Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy across clinical (EHR/RIS), CRM, and financial systems.
Who We’re Looking For Experience: 5–7+ years in data analytics or BI.
Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical metrics into executive-ready narratives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field.
Required: Experience in healthcare (Radiology/Imaging preferred).
Salary range is $95,000-$110,000 per year
