TPI Staffing is hiring a Branch Recruiter to join our Corporate Team!
Responsibilities:
- Source and interview candidates
- Identify and develop networking relationships with appropriate internal and external contacts while building a candidate pool
- Skills assessment and evaluation; develop an interviewing strategy and techniques
- Identify and maintain awareness of recruiting trends with specific markets or industries
- Day to day duties: coordinate high volume interviews of all types such as Accounting, Admin/Clerical, Call Center, I.T., as well as all types of Light/Heavy Industrial related positions such as welders, machinists, Warehouse, forklift, assembly, technicians
- Special skills set: sourcing, moving candidates through requisitions
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years minimum experience recruiting administrative/professional and light industrial related positions
- Software requirements: Word, Excel, Outlook-Intermediate level, strong accurate data entry skills, and email writing ability. Excellent communication and grammar skills
- Previous staffing experience preferred, ability to learn new software, and great attitude
