The Recruiter serves as a full-desk, strategic recruiting partner for our facility in Fort Lauderdale, owning end-to-end recruiting process across manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles in partnership with the Corporate Recruiter. This is a hands-on, high-trust position that works closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to lead interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, advise leaders, and drive candidates through offer and onboarding with professionalism, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding
  2. Serve as an on-site recruiting partner, advising hiring managers on hiring strategy, candidate assessment, and process
  3. Conduct all phases of interviews, including initial screens, panel interviews, and on-site interviews
  4. Facilitate interview debriefs, consolidate feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
  5. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach
  6. Manage job postings, pipelines, candidate notes, and dispositions within the ATS
  7. Prepare and extend offers; coordinate compensation details, approvals, and pre-employment requirements
  8. Partner with HR to coordinate background checks, start dates, and onboarding logistics
  9. Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  10. Partner with the Corporate Recruiter to align on hiring priorities, recruiting strategy, and process consistency
  11. Ensure recruiting practices are compliant, well-documented, and audit-ready
  12. Attend Career Fairs to attract top talent and represent Dayton-Granger, Inc. well
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (internal or agency) with demonstrated full-desk ownership
  • Proven experience conducting interviews and facilitating hiring manager feedback and selection decisions
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or professional roles strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in an on-site environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
