Recruiter Position
We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You'll manage the full recruitment cycleespecially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. If you're great at building relationships, working independently, and sourcing top talent remotely, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Work closely with clients (mainly in real estate) to understand their hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
- Lead recruitment by improving processes
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote
- Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
- Tech-savvycomfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
- Experience working with global clients
