Talent Acquisition Specialist

Directly source candidates, both passive and active, and implement creative ways to find the talent we need. Recruit and close exceptional talent ensuring an unparalleled candidate experience. Partner with TA team and hiring managers to develop a successful recruitment strategy for hiring priorities. Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within our applicant tracking system. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or a combination of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting 2+ years of recruiting experience for Gaming, Entertainment, Tech, and/or Creative Services or Product companies. Combined experience as an in-house recruiter and agency or boutique search firm experience Work quickly but efficiently; have keen attention to detail and keep Hiring Managers informed while maintaining data integrity within our systems. Ability to change priorities quickly, prioritize business-critical roles and adjust schedules rapidly all while keeping candidates engaged. Thrive on creating deep, trusted partnerships with the team and hiring managers; all working towards the common vision of a team of highly talented developers. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal Proven good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions for both the business and candidates.
