Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with company goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

The Successful Applicant
