Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist

GA Rogers is working with our client, a rapidly growing independent real estate brokerage in New Jersey, to fill this role. Position Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and charismatic Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to help grow and retain their team of talented agents. You will be the face of the company's recruiting initiatives building relationships, attending industry events, and walking new agents through a world-class onboarding experience.

This is a people-first, full-time role based at their Short Hills, NJ headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Growth

  • Execute the company's multi-faceted recruiting plan across multiple platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with real estate professionals across NJ.
  • Present the company's unique value proposition and incentive programs to prospective agents.
  • Attend local networking events and real estate functions to recruit new agents.
  • Train current agents on how to recruit and participate in the company's referral initiatives.

Onboarding & Training

  • Manage the onboarding process for new agents to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate with operations to set up systems, marketing, and technology for new hires.
  • Onboard and guide students from affiliated real estate pre-licensing courses toward joining the brokerage.

Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and host office events to retain and energize the current agents.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and communication with the agent network.
  • Track recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and engagement performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (real estate preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM or applicant tracking experience.
  • Positive, professional, and drama-free personality.
  • Passionate about real estate, people, and helping others grow their careers.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
