Youll operate as a player and coach of a highperforming team to build and scale effective talent management solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. Youll Play As a Team with the broader Talent Team, partner teams (e.g., HRBP, Compensation, Talent Acquisition), support teams (e.g., People Operations, People Insights, People Technology), and stakeholders to build a thriving talent ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of the business. This role will sit on the Talent team and report to the Head of Talent and Employee Relations. Lead and grow a high-performing team of talent management professionals, providing coaching, direction, and opportunities to thrive Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs across performance management, career development, internal mobility, top talent, succession planning, and more Build trusted partnerships across Atlassian to drive alignment, collaboration, and shared success Use data and industry insights to guide decisionmaking and measure the impact of our work You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leveraging AI and technology to transform talent management Skilled at developing, coaching, and empowering highperforming teams to operate autonomously and drive results 15+ years in talent management, HR, or related fields, with executive and people leadership experience ~ Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics in HR/talent contexts ~ It may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
