A school psychologist position is available within a contract role, serving students across multiple grade levels including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students social and emotional well-being. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing school-wide positive behavioral support systems. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and legal requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Masters or doctoral degree in school psychology or related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist. Experience working with students in grades K-12, preferably across multiple grade spans. Strong knowledge of psychological testing and diagnostic tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to supporting diverse student populations.
