Hospital Pharmacist
for a
travel assignment in Modesto, California . This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical experience looking to join a respected healthcare team in a supportive environment. Position Details: Location:
Modesto, CA
Setting:
Inpatient / Hospital
Schedule:
4x10s per week (8:30 AM 7:00 PM)
Weekends:
Rotating weekends
Start Date:
ASAP
Duration:
13+ weeks (with possible extension)
Systems:
EPIC, Pyxis
Key Responsibilities: Perform
order verification
and ensure medication accuracy and safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians
and oversee daily operations
Collaborate with physicians and nurses
to optimize patient care
Conduct
pharmacokinetic monitoring
and clinical consultations
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements: Active California Pharmacist License (CA RPh)
2+ years of recent inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience
Proficiency with
EPIC and Pyxis
preferred
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
