Job DescriptionJob Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity, located in Schertz, TX, involves working onsite to provide vital speech and language support services in an elementary school environment from January 12 to March 6, 2026, during the contract school year period. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy to students with speech and language challenges. Manage a caseload primarily within an elementary school setting. Support bilingual students where applicable; bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory. Collaborate closely with school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) efficiently. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience: Valid OT license is required. Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), preferably within school settings. Ability to work 37.5 hours per week onsite. Familiarity with elementary school caseload management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous but not essential. Location: Schertz, TX onsite role within a K-12 educational institution.
