Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

* As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide direct care to residents.

* You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants.

* You will promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents.

* You will prepare and administer medications.

* You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Requirements:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

* Looking to fill for our 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts only at this time.

* Bachelor's degree or higher.

* A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.

* Current CPR certification.

* At least one year experience in long term care.
