Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This role involves taking orders, handling cash transactions, and assisting with food preparation and bussing duties.

Operate the cash register and process payments using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in food preparation and ensure all food items are presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Highschool diploma/ GED Food Handlers Certificate Previous experience in food service or a café setting is preferred but not required. Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
