Serve patients who truly need education, patience, and advocacy
What youll be doing Support patients managing advanced chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, MS, and similar disease states
Communicate clearly and compassionately with Medicare and Medicaid populations, including patients with low health literacy
Assist with dispensing and workflow in a specialty retail setting
Work extensively with high-volume medication regimens (815 medications per patient)
Use Pioneer Rx software (experience preferred; training available)
Required qualifications Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy xsgimln Technician license/registration with the PA Board of Pharmacy
Recent retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience
Demonstrated experience working with chronic illness patients (must be clearly shown on resume)
Strong knowledge of the top 200400 medications used in retail pharmacy
Exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy
