A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in Fort Benning, GA. This contract position runs through the current school year until May 21st, 2026. The role offers flexible hours, ranging from part-time to full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week), with caseload assignments tailored based on candidate experience and district needs. Location: Fort Benning, GA (Columbus area) Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators and staff to support student progress Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Qualifications: Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator Certification Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered Experience with school-based speech-language pathology preferred Ability to work onsite; remote candidates will not be considered Benefits and Work Environment: Part-time to full-time flexible scheduling options Opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment Chance to impact student communication and learning abilities positively If you hold a valid Georgia SLP license and educator certification and are ready to contribute your expertise in a school setting, this position is a great fit.
