A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive services for K-12 students at multiple schools within the Aurora, Colorado area. This contract position runs from January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026, supporting East Denver area campuses with varying caseloads ranging from 25 to 45 students. The role requires on-site presence; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students within a K-12 setting Manage individualized caseloads effectively, adapting to student needs and district requirements Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress Participate and bill for district Professional Development days (4 scheduled during second semester) Maintain compliance with state licensure and Department of Education certification requirements Qualifications and Experience: Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Active Colorado Department of Education Certification for SLPs Eligibility for Clinical Fellows (CF) who have completed an 8-week school rotation and supervision arrangements are available Experience levels welcome from entry (0-2 years) through advanced professionals (10+ years) Schedule and Location: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week On-site work exclusively in Aurora and Denver East side schools; specific campuses assigned based on need One position available as a backfill opportunity Benefits: Opportunity to serve a diverse student population in an educational setting Professional development days supported and billable by the district Structured contract with a clear timeline and consistent hours To pursue this opportunity and contribute vital speech-language services in a dynamic school environment, apply now to move forward in the selection process.
