Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies to optimize learning outcomes. Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to support holistic student development. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education Teacher License. Experience teaching special education students across one or more grade clusters: K-5, 6-8, or 9-12. Strong knowledge of special education best practices and individualized educational planning. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Position Details: Location: Rochester, NY Contract role beginning ASAP through the end of the current school year. Minimum 30 hours per week, 5 days per week.
