A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-8 school setting serving a diverse student population. This contracted role focuses on supporting students with varying communication needs, providing essential speech and language services under educational guidelines. Location: Littleton, Colorado Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs Support K-8 students in a school setting, addressing communication challenges through individualized intervention plans Collaborate with educational staff to promote student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district regulations Utilize expertise to support students across a range of communication disorders Qualifications: Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification for Speech-Language Pathologists required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language development and assessment Ability to manage a diverse caseload and develop tailored intervention strategies Effective communication and collaboration skills Benefits and Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Contracted position aligned with the school calendar year Opportunity to work in a dynamic K-8 educational environment supporting a range of student needs This role is ideal for a licensed SLP who is passionate about supporting students communication development in schools.
