Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement intervention plans to support student learning and well-being Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding behavioral and emotional challenges Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expert recommendations Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations Qualifications: Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license required; submission of license screenshot is mandatory Experience working in school-based environments, preferably at the high school level Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to pass required background checks promptly Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) Familiarity with Springfield area schools is a plus but not mandatory Location: Based in Amherst, MA, with assignment to a high school setting Contract Details: Duration: ASAP start through June 25, 2026 Interview process conducted via Zoom (1530 minutes) This position is ideal for a licensed school psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact on student success within a supportive educational environment.
