Staff Pharmacist Shift:
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Every 3rd Weekend Duration:
6-Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Hire) Start Date:
Immediate Key Responsibilities:
Verify and check dispensed medications and E-Kits Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians Maintain strong communication with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals, especially during patient transitions from acute care to skilled nursing facilities Qualifications:
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist License At least
one year of Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience
or extensive xsgimln experience with
geriatric patients Retail pharmacists with strong backgrounds will also be considered Why Join Us?
