About the Opportunity One Stop Foot and Ankle Care (OSFAC) is a leading, physician-led podiatry practice expanding into multiple high-growth markets across Florida. Supported by Anterra Health Solutions, our management services organization (MSO), we provide strong operational, administrative, and marketing support so physicians can focus on patient care and growth.

This position is ideal for a podiatrist graduating from residency who is interested in joining a growing platform practice with the opportunity to help launch and grow a new location, with a clear path toward increased responsibility and ownership.

Potential Expansion Locations: Melbourne, Port St. Lucie, Palm Bay, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Alafaya, Kissimmee, Pine Hills, Palm Beach Gardens, Boynton Beach, Plantation (Final location determined based on mutual interest and strategic fit)

Role Summary

Provide comprehensive podiatric care across a broad range of foot and ankle conditions

Serve as a founding clinician in a newly established OSFAC location

Build patient volume through high-quality care and referral relationships

Collaborate with clinical leadership and MSO support teams on practice growth

Qualifications

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree

Completion of a CPME-approved residency program (2025 graduates encouraged)

Board qualified or board eligible (ABPM and/or ABFAS)

Florida podiatry license or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach

Interest in long-term growth, leadership, and potential ownership
