Responsibilities
Practice commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue dispositive motions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
Prepare pleadings and correspondence
Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients
Qualifications
Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law
Strong academic credentials
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
