Job Description
Define and implement strategies to drive growth in the Energy & Natural Resources sector in Italy.
Oversee operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Manage key stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
Lead and inspire a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control for the department.
Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance its presence in the market.
Ensure alignment with the company's global strategy and sustainability goals.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Italy should have:
Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
Knowledge of Italian and international energy markets and regulations.
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
Fluency in English and Italian.
