Purpose Statement The Business Process Lead (BPL) is responsible for owning, simplifying, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end commercial processes across APAC, ensuring regional process governance, readiness for digital enablement, automation, or transition to GBS. As a subject matter expert, the BPL partners with market teams, Product Owners, GBS, and ITD to ensure process design enables scalable, compliant, and effective commercial execution. The BPL plays a critical role in designing scalable, compliant, and user‑centric processes aligned to global standards and APAC business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Map end-to-end channel workflows in APAC markets from partner onboarding to performance tracking—to align with strategic objectives
Own the “to-be” process design for assigned commercial domains (e.g., Channel Operations, Pricing and Rebates, Contracts, Master Data)
Collaborate with sales, enablement, IT, and operations to integrate CRM/PRM systems and ensure scalability
Lead projects to streamline channel operations (e.g., system rollout, automation, tool integration).
Coordinate with regional teams to implement best practices consistently across markets.
Drive change through structured communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure process adoption
Profile Experience & Requirement
Possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 8 years experience in commercial operations, business process management, or related functions
Strong process mapping, re‑design and documentation skills
Regional experience in APAC markets is essential
Experience working with CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA for ERP integration and reporting , MyOrders)
Strong facilitation, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortably operating in matrixed and multicultural environments
Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets and driving insights
Hands‑on experience with power automation (e.g. Knime, power automation, Macros)
Digital Transformation: Expertise in driving end‑to‑end digital initiatives to optimize processes and enhance business performance
Good to have skills in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
