Licensed Mental Health Therapist
in down-town Marquette, Michigan

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team as a 1099 contractor or W2 employee. This is a flexible position ideal for clinicians looking to build or maintain a private caseload without the overhead of running their own practice. You’ll have access to a private, fully furnished office and administrative support, while benefiting from an established referral stream and professional visibility.
About Clarity: Clarity Behavioral Health and Assessment Center is a growing private practice in Marquette, Michigan. We offer a warm, community-oriented environment with a focus on high-quality, client-centered care. We're currently expanding our team to welcome a therapist who can support clients with a range of concerns in a collaborative, supportive setting.
Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (Salary ultimately depends on number of sessions, benefits taken, and employee classification e.g. 1099 vs W2)
Benefit Options: Percentage based W2 Employee: Customizable benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401K match, PTO 1099 Contractor: Building your own schedule and caseload, bonuses, office and billing support.

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (ages and specialties based on your interests) Maintain accurate clinical documentation in TherapyNotes Uphold ethical and professional standards in independent clinical practice
Qualifications: Active Michigan license as LP, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LLMSW or LLP in the state of Michigan Minimum 1-year post-grad clinical experience preferred Malpractice liability insurance (required for 1099) Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture Interest in ADHD, child psychology, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship work preferred Willing to see 30 clients per week Hybrid (Telehealth and In-person clients)
Preference: Will be given to clinicians who are willing to work with minors (Ages 5+) and have a background in ADHD and neurodiversity.
