*Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Position*
*Location:* Lodi, CA and across Northern California
*School Year:* 2025-2026 (potential to extend contract)

*Key* *Responsibilities: *
* Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs * Provide therapy sessions to improve the child's speech and language skills * Monitor child's progress and make adjustments to the treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive care plans * Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers * Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of the client's progress and treatment outcomes
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program * Valid state license or certification in Speech Language Pathology * Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred * Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
