The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the claims organization, with a focus on fostering a customer-centric approach, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a data-obsessed, strategic thinker with a proven track record in claims management, particularly in the area of transportation claims. The VP of Claims will be expected to collaborate closely with the dedicated account manager, establish and maintain an effective claims structure, and develop and enforce compliant internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years' experience in P&C claims, with at least 15 years in a technical management role, and a deep understanding of litigated transportation claims, coverage, and contracts.
