Job Title: Data Analyst II (Business Intelligence Developer)
Maple Grove, MN (3 days a week hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions.
Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
• Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including strategy, marketing, and IT-to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency.
• Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed.
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources.

3 - 5 Years with BA orYears with MBA
Tableau building experience is a big plus
