Job Description: Data Scientist Hybrid Purpose Statement Prepares analytics and insights across department as well as provides operational efficiency and optimization within the department. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, cleanse and aggregate data to support Data Science modeling.
• Ability to conduct EDA, pulling insights that can be shared in a meaningful fashion.
• Applying statistical techniques to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. This includes hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other statistical methods
• Developing and implementing machine learning models to predict outcomes based on data.
• Working closely with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions. This involves translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.
• Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.

Quality System Requirements In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Required Experience: 6 - 9 Years with BAYears with MBA. 3-4 Years of experience with SQL and Python. 3-4 Years of experience working in a Data Science team. EDA knowledge is a must.
