ECS is seeking a Data Analyst to work in our Arlington, VA office / remote. ECS is seeking a Data Analyst to support organizational decision-making by transforming data into meaningful insights. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from diverse sources to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic direction. The Data Analyst partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable reporting and analytics solutions that enhance operational outcomes. Gather, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from internal and external systems • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve discrepancies • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and present findings with clarity • Support performance tracking and KPIs through metric development and ongoing monitoring • Conduct root-cause analyses to uncover drivers of business outcomes and recommend improvements • Automate recurring reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency • Document data sources, assumptions, methodologies, and definitions • Maintain strong data governance and confidentiality practices Citizen • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in data analysis • Bachelor's Degree (IT Discipline preferred)
