Job Title: Data Analyst - Secondary Marketing Cleveland, OH (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - All remote work must be performed within the United States.) Compensation: $60,,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity. General Job Description: Our client is seeking an analytical Data Analyst with experience supporting financial services technology, particularly within hedging or trading solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining the bank's hedging technology, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights that guide strategic decision-making. The analyst will work closely with managers, project leads, and cross-functional partners to collect, prepare, and interpret data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in SQL, analytics, and automation with the communication ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role • Strong foundation in statistics with hands-on experience using SQL, Tableau, and Python for analysis and reporting. • Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large data sets clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decisions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data findings and insights. • Background supporting or maintaining financial services technology, with knowledge of database and data model design. • Experience around secondary marketing and with solutions like Power Seller, OB, MCT, and similar platforms is highly preferred.
